A little bit about me...

As a parent and therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working in schools, community settings, and in private practice. I am passionate about partnering with parents to create tailored strategies and coping skills that meet their unique needs. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends, and I believe wholeheartedly in the importance of self-care, allowing me to be fully present for others.

My background & training…

I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling and am a licensed therapist practicing in Massachusetts.

I provide parent coaching services, individual counseling and serve as a consultant to independent schools.

My interests focus on the interplay between the mind, brain, and relationships, especially how anxiety, attachment, attention, and executive function skills influence our connections with others and shape our approaches to parenting

As a Coach…

I'm here to support you through every twist and turn of your parenting journey. Together, we'll explore your approach to parenting with wonder and curiosity, rather than shame and worry. With so many resources out there offering conflicting theories and methods, a parent coach can help you navigate what resonates best for your family. I'll be by your side at every stage, ready to help you prepare for those unexpected moments along the way.
